I think that was from when I first installed the new forum system. I don't think the feature is active now. It allowed people to give threads a rating between 1 and 5. It's too generic for use across the whole forum, so it was disabled. Maybe more suitable for some future specific review forum or something..

Oh LoL! thanks gavin for clearing that up.

I think we asked for it to be removed at one time. It was another way people got their feelings hurt. I remember there was somebody at one point who was giving low ratings to one specific poster constantly everytime they made a thread. It was really crappy.
