Has anyone tried this? It's a 2 months running program for beginners that will have you running 3 miles at the end of the program.

I'm currently on Week 2, and so far I am loving it!
If anyone wants to try it too, I recommend downloading these podcasts that play music and tell you when to start and stop running/walking.
