I'm so excited, I joined weight watchers at the beginning of June and I finally hit 20 lbs! Now I have 15 more to meet my goal weight. It's hard, but I'm so excited it keeps me going.

Wow, congratulations! I'm trying to lose those last 2-3 pounds/belly fat that has been with me for years and years. Keep doing well!

wow, that's great news! Ive been wondering about weight watchers... How does it work? are the food expensive? I need to lose 20 lbs & the fact that you just joined in June is amazing!

Congratulations!!! You're almost at your goal weight, and about ready to get to lifetime status(and that nifty little key shaped charm) :). I'm a lifetime member at Weight Watchers, and I think they're the greatest thing ever :D

Thanks for all the encouragement! To Lisa Luvs U, you can eat regular food from the grocery store, you don't buy "their" food. You can go to a meeting for free to see what it is all about. Check out weightwatchers.com to find a meeting near you. If you have more questions just let me know.

Congratulations, Cindy! My MIL lost a lot of weight with Weight Watchers and she is now a lifetime member. I also know a couple of other people who lost a lot of weight with the program, and one of my friends is currently just starting on it. I currently have myself on a routine of three healthy meals per day, an hour of exercise per day on weeknights (usually more than an hour on the weekends because I work M-F), and no eating after dinner. I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds by June because I'll be going to Myrtle Beach for a week on vacation. I'm really sticking to my plan/routine and I'm very proud of myself! I usually have no willpower.
