I go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I use the treadmills (walk only) or elliptical machine and then some weight machines for my arms and legs. It's really simple but I think I'll stick to it.

My week routine is
*2 ballet classes (1.30 hr. each)
*2 Pilates classes (1hr each), pretty intense
*1 Stretching class, very intense as well
*1 modern dance class (1.30hr), but it depends of my time frame from week to week
*And I try to walk at least 4 miles every day

I try to work out 4x a week-2 really good cardio sessions,2 decent strength sessions. I like spinning & weights classes at my gym right now. Step classes & Pilates are also fun.I always stretch & do abs after.

Cardio 3x a week and strength training twice a week. I found a really good strength training routine in Fitness magazine. For cardio, at least twice a week I do an interval training program on the treadmill (you run fast for a minute, slow for 2, and at the end incorporate an incline). Sometimes on Friday it's hard to get to the gym so I'll do tae bo as my cardio.

Right now I am doing Jim Karas' "Boosting Your Metabolism" tapes. You have to buy some equipment, so it's a bit pricey, but I am always SO sore after I use it, so I know it's working! It only takes about 25 minutes, you def. sweat, and I like it much better than walking on a treadmill!

Right now I go and run on the gym treadmill four times a week, at least three miles each time. I need to change it up though and add weights.

My goal is always to hit the gym for an hour long class (cardio or strength training) 5 days a week. But now that school has started, I'm busier than I anticipated, so some days I double up on workouts, going 2x per day.

My favorite workouts:

*boxing (1x/wk)
*cardio dance fusion (2x/wk)
*cardio hip hop (1x/wk)
*Power (some gyms call this Body Pump? ... it's an hour long workout w/weights) (2-3x/wk)

Is this strength routine online by any chance? I really need a good one for when I can't get to the gym. TIA :)

Monday through Friday, I do one hour of martial arts and another hour of strength training in the morning and then 45 minutes to an hour of cardio later in the day (running, swimming, or spinning). On Saturday mornings, I teach martial arts to advanced students. Although it's teaching, it's quite a workout since we focus on sparring, either hand-to-hand or with weapons.

Sometimes on weekends, I like to do fun stuff like play tennis, go hiking, rock climb, or some other outdoor sport like kayaking. Depends on the weather since some places around here close for winter.

Yoga Booty Ballet and Lower Body Sculpting by the Firm. Sometimes I will use the "Look Great Naked" DVD's and Self's Firm Abs.

I walk about 2 to 4 miles a day and drink about 2-4 cups of green tea a day. I had started to drink less Starbucks and eat out less often. So far I had lost 30 pounds since last October. These last couple of weeks I have been eating lots of junk food, eating out more often and not drinking too much tea and my weight has started to creep up by about 5 pounds.
