Ok, so for Halloween, i'm going as little red riding hood and i'm going to put my hair in pig tails and curl 'em like this (i was experimenting today):

Ok, my question is... what styling product can I use to make sure the curls stay AND what brand should i look in to?
When i was playing with my hair, I already had mousse in so i'm pretty sure the curls will last for at least another 2 hours, but i need something that'll make 'em hold for about 5 or more hours.

I like Pantene PRO V's Texturize Hairspray. It's around 4 bucks & hold my hair stiff!
Love the Pigtails BTW!

You look so cute! I bought Garnier's Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity hairspray after reading good reviews on MUA, and I'm really happy with it.
(And go 'Roos! I have a lot of family in KC, and my cousin went to dental school at UMKC) :)

Lots of hair spray! My hair stylist used a ton on my hair for my wedding and my hair didn't move the whole day.

Definitely lots of hairspray - I wore my hair down in loose waves when I got married, and my stylist used tons of hairspray to hold the curl - nothing else. Your hair looks super cute! :)

The Pantene is good stuff. I also rec lots of hairspray. My hair is naturally curly, and I love to use gel on it -my favorite is by LA Looks and is very cheap; my curls stay very defined, pretty and shiny with gel. :)

Definitely lots of hairspray!
BTW, I'm going as a sexy/cute mad hatter for Halloween and I'm definitely doing pigtails too. :) I just thought I'd share LOL.

I 3rd the rec for the Pantene Texturize hairspray -- that stuff is amaaaaaazing! And if it can hold my fine, limp hair all day, it will certainly work for you and your curls! (I raved about this in some other thread -- it's just the best I've ever used, but you have to work with it quickly LOL -- it sets fast.)
And btw, how adorable are you going to look? :)

To add to the tip about the hairspray. If you spray the piece of hair with hairspray before you curl it/put in roller, it will stay even longer :)

You're so cute! I sometimes wear my hair like that to workout (or 2 braids), and it's perfect for the costume you're putting together.
