I need some advice on how to get my roots to curl/wave. I have no problem with my ends scrunching but my roots will not scrunch. Does anyone have any advice on how to get my roots to scrunch like the rest of my hair? I use Beyond the Zone Noodlehead if that helps any. Any techniques or product recs will be greatly apperciated! <P>Hello, I have used the noodlehead stuff from Sally's and it did not work at all for me.&nbsp; What I have found has worked for me is if I wash my hair, squeeze it while drying it with a towel just a bit.&nbsp; Do not rub your hair or it will create frizz.&nbsp; Then I put some mousse on my wet hair and scrunch it while drying with&nbsp;a diffuser.&nbsp; Whild I am drying my hair I tilt my head.&nbsp; It doesn't seem to work as well if I keep my head up straight.&nbsp; Good luck!!!<IMG alt=0 src="http://www.icompact.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border=0 smilieid="3"> </P>

I scrunch gel into my hair and air-dry.

I use a root lifter followed by some mousse and then air dry or blow dry with a diffuser.
