I am looking for new workouts to tone and sculpt my arms, shoulders, and back. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA! :D

Bicep curls would be the #1
My 2 favorite ones have been, what I call, the "T" and the "over head".
T:
Stand with legs about shoulder length apart. Weights in each arm, on either side of your body. Extend both of your arms out so that you make a "T" with your body. It works your shoulders and upper back.
Over Head:
Stand with legs shoulder length apart. Arms are extended directly about your head with weights. Keeping your elbows straight in front, lower the weights behind your head, then extend back up. It works that nasty flub that hangs bellow your biceps.

Speedy sweetie has really good recommendations, those are the ones that I do and they really work.

I did what Mya suggested with weights too, and they work very well.

To tone your tricep (the under part of your arm) I like doing dips. Sit on the very edge of a chair with legs straight out in front of you, heels resting on the ground. Keep your hands planted on either side of the chair and lift yourself off and down. Rise back up and repeat.

I've become super lazy lately when it comes to isolation exercises. I just do compound exercises so they work everything at once and less time working out. Have you tried chin-ups/pull-ups? They hit back, shoulders, biceps all at once. Just vary the grip if you want to concentrate more on back or biceps. I like using the rope for triceps pressdown. It works all three heads of the triceps. Dips are good too.
