Which one is better?
They both act as a glaze & supposedly add shine & a little bit of color.
Thoughts?

I have both of these. The Sunsilk Color Boost is actually a color depositing conditioner and the John Frieda is a glaze. Moisture and scent wise I prefer the Sunsilk, but I think the Glaze deposits more color then the Sunsilk conditioner does. HTHS :)

I haven't tried the Sunsilk, but the Glaze caused awful build-up on my hair. My hair is very fine though, so you might not have the same problem.

I really liked the John Freida glaze. I used the blonde one and it made it shinier. I want to get the clear one soon.

I've always wanted to try a clear glaze to make my hair super-shiny!
