I am so glad I never bought stuff from this line at full price...at least the eyeshadows...does anybody else think they suck? It seems that I recall a lot of raves for them, but for me they are just so bleh. I mean the texture is so soft and velvety..I really thought they would be amazing. But they go me soooo sheer and the colors in the quads just don't seem to blend well together. Such a disappointment... I think if I hadn't had a brain fart and threw away the receipt I would have actually taken them back and I never take anything back. I'm going to try to get them to work but I'm bummed about them.

Yes, I think this line is awful too. I'm not even tempted by the clearance because I've tried their items full-price before & returned them all. The quality was rather cheap IMO. And I tried their e/s, l/s, l/g & mascara.

I've only tried a couple of their eyeshadow, and while the texture was amazing and they looked great swatched on my hand, it wasn't the same on my eyes. They were so expensive too! I love a soft, buttery eyeshadow, but not when it lacks pigment on my eyes. What good is that?

I even tried them wet and when they get wet they turn into this really strange texture that is a PITA to apply.

I like these, but they are more pigmented on my hand than my eyes. :p

I'm one of the Isadora e/s fans, and I *still* love them ... luckily, I've never had any problems w/their pigmentation.

It's okay, MsLaLa. They probably wouldn't have taken them back anyway as they were on clearance.

They will take them back if you have your receipt. I bought a lipstick that the color was yuck and took it back the other day with no questions asked. Take it back!!!! I purchased the l/s on clearance. OOPs...I just read that you threw the receipt away..darnit!

The only thing I ever tried was this line was some foundation. I'm usually a high end foundation snob now, because I love my Sue Devitt so much. But the foundation was very good quality to me.

try wetting them with saline solution? I was a business intern at walgreens last summer and NOBODY ever bought the Isadora line even though its supposed to be good, no wonder its getting discontinued..
