My nail polish chips SO QUICKLY! Even if I use base and top coats, use salon quality polishes.. I get chips within a day. Is there some secret to longer lasting manicures? I really need it.

You seem to be doing everything right, so I'm not sure what to say! What top/base coats are you using? Nothing really works for me except Orly Bonder and Poshe fast dry top coat..

I use Seche Vite fast dry top coat, and it works really well to prevent and prolong chipping. HTH.

I've found that even if I use a cheapy .99c WetNWild polish, it can still last for days if I use a good base and top coat.
My fave base is Creative Nail Design's Stickey base. Orly Bonder is a favorite of many too. Seche Vite is my holy grail top coat, it dries really fast, makes my nails super shiny, and protects.

I think I'm just unlucky or hard on my nails, because mine always chip really fast, too.

Thanks guys, I'll try out Orly's Bonder and see if it helps!

I love Orly's Bonder and Won't Chip. My polish used to chip the next day, but now I'm good for 5-7 days.

I'm a die-hard Orly Bonder fan too!
I also never buff natural nails. It makes the nail surfact too smooth. Nothing for the polish to grip to. Even Orly Bonder won't stick right if I buff.
