I have been using an Olay eye cream (can't remember what it's called exactly, but it's the total effects one with light gold shimmer). I'm really not happy with it....it's not moisturizing enough, and it just doesn't "do" anything else!
Anyway, my main concern is that it needs to be very moisturizing. The skin is drier there and I do have fine lines. I'd also like something for dark circles if possible, but that's not the #1 priority.
I prefer drugstore since I already spend a lot of money on my other skincare (I use Obagi which is very $$$, and Kiehl's moisturizer).
Thanks! :)

Not drugstore, but I would suggest Clinique Repairwear Eye Cream. It's expensive (i think around $45), but it fits your description.
It's got really nice moisture without grease. It soaks in & stays moist without leaving a film. Doesn't interfere with makeup either..like cake up the eye area.
Even though it's called "repairwear", I don't think it repairs anything, but it does plump up the area really nice and keeps it that way for most of the day.
It doesn't fix or do anything for dark circles as far as I know.
I also tried an Olay recently & it was to slippy...or siliconey if you know what I mean...that film I mentioned above. I'm looking for a drugstore comparable to this Clinique & haven't found one yet.
I have a GWP sample of Clinique All About Eyes - Rich. It's a VERY GOOD comparison to Repairwear. I would definitely get a full-size if Repairwear went away. I've never looked into the cost of this.

I like Clinique's All About Eyes Rich also. I have a gwp size, and it's lasting me a looong time. It's so, well, rich that you only need a tiny bit at a time.

This isn't drugstore, but my favorite eye cream is Prescriptives Vibrant-C. It has illuminators in it that brighten up the eye area. It's in a pump dispenser, which is awesome, and when it comes out it's this light beige shimmery color. It's very moisturizing and doesn't interfere with my makeup throughout the day.

How about Avon? They have some really nice inexpensive eye creams. I find eye creams to be such a rip off as its such a small size and more pricey than a fullsize cream.

L'oreal has some nice eye creams. I'm using their Eye Defense eye cream. It's good at moisturizing the eye area. I've had it for a long while, but didn't use it much until recently, so I can't say that I've seen improvement in wrinkles. HTH.

I'm not sure If I need an eye cream, but the Prescriptives eye cream sounds good to give a nice glow and moisture to the eyes. (Lol. Sorry for not actually posting some help)

The only drugstore eye cream I really like is Pond's Age DefEye Anti-Circle, Anti-Puff Therapy which is also supposed to help with dark circles. Another favorite of mine which is not drugstore is MAC Fast Response.

A couple years ago I had the Neutrogena one with copper, and I remember liking it. I might need to revisit it.

I like that Ponds one in the pink swirly pump. It's not very moisturizing though. It's just nice for daytime.
Not drugstore but I prefer Philosophy Eye Believe and the Clinique one mentioned.

I tend to switch around a lot and experiment with what works and what doesn't. I have to say that so far I am most impressed with Estee Lauder Night Eye recovery complex. Its sort of half way between a cream and a serum. It is a bit on the expensive side but I tend to think it's worth the money.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Eye Cream is AWESOME! Also, Olay Regenerist Serum is very nice, maybe not enough moisture though....I like Clinique AAE Rich a *lot* & it's only $26, so not that much more than DS stuff. The pot I have has lasted me FOREVER too.

(((scribbles Aveeno Positively Radiant eye cream on shopping list...))) :)
Avon Ageless Results eye cream has been getting awesome reviews on MUA.
Also, does anyone use and recommend something for eyes from the Boots products? I keep eyeing that line since it's at my Target now.

Thanks for the suggestions so far!! It sounds like the general feeling is that high-end is better than DS for eye creams!
I may try Avon though, or check out the Aveeno cream that kitkat mentioned. Keep the recs coming!!

I also use and LOVE Clinique Repairwear eye cream, but I get it at a CCO - much cheaper! They have it for $31 there, but yesterday at the CCO by my parents (Aurora, IL) they had 2 full size jars for $43. I have a long way to go on my jar (it lasts months) but I still might go pick it up for that kind of deal!

I know a couple of people that like the one of the eye creams from the Anew line. I think it's the Anew Intensive eye cream.
I saw Clinique AAE Rich mentioned, and I also use it. I love it and find it very moisturizing. My undereye area can get dry from my allergies, and it's worked well for me to combat that. Although the price is higher than drugstore, I think it's an economical product. The texture is buttery and rich, so I don't need to use a lot to moisturize the area. A jar lasts me quite a while. I don't think it does much for dark circles though. You always could ask for a sample first to see if it suits your needs?

Nivea Q10. At the minimal no irritation on me, and it seems to be working well :D
i have one from dove, it's super moisturizing, plumps up the area, makes it look smoother and it has SPF 8.
