I know there was a post or two about this before asking for reviews.

I ordered all of them (cause I'm sick;)) from Drugstore.com. They sent 24 carat brown separately and I got that one yesterday. So, I've only had it on a few minutes (will update on how well it wears) but the color is nice.

Now, the brown doesn't show up very well but my lashes are pretty dark and the brown itself isn't a light brown. The gold "highlight" coat does show up but I think the problem comes from them naming it VIVID IMPACT it's not a really vivid highlight. You can see it yes and it reflects the light but it doesn't scream WOW, I'M WEARING COLORED MASCARA LOOK AT ME! Which isn't what I'd want anyway. I've noticed that from MUA reviews that maybe some people wanted that.

The topcoat (for this one anyway) is iridescent. I actually really love the gold. As for the base coat, it adds length but not much volume. It clumps just a little but I only had to swipe through with my lash comb once to get rid of the clumping. The head isn't anything too special but I was able to get the tiny lashes in my inner corner without getting mascara everywhere.

All in all unless it ends up irritating my eyes I'd probably buy it again. It's sorta pricey but the gold is so pretty that I don't mind the price too much.

I bought the black and pink one the other day. I really like and like you said, it doesn't scream "I'm wearing colored mascara!"...you only notice the pink when the light hits it and it looks pretty cool if you ask me.

I would consider getting one now that I know the color doesn't jump out at you.
