I did today!! Lol. I accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle, and got the lotion instead of shower gel, of B&BW's Pumpkin Pie Paradise. When I squeezed it out onto the pouf, I realized it wasn't the shower gel, and when I looked at the bottle, I was right. I didn't want to waste the lotion, so I squeezed Aveeno's Skin Relief body wash (which I always keep in the shower) on top of it, and lathered the whole thing up. It worked out well, with the whole bathroom smelling like pumpkin pie. And I'm sure the lotion moisturized my skin better than the shower gel would've. And both the lotion and shower gel were in the same sized bottle, so it was an easy mistake. I just didn't look at the correct color.

I guess this is what I get for having way too much shower gels/body washes/body lotions. Seriously, I have enough to last me for years to come!! :D

LOL that's really funny! I live in a dorm, so if I ever grab the wrong thing it's super annoying because I can't exactly dash out and grab the right bottle. ;)

That's really interesting -I might have to try mixing a lotion and shower gel.

It sounds like an interesting idea! Sort of like those Olay In-Shower Lotions that you applied after body wash. I apply lotion after every shower, but sometimes I have to force myself to do it, because its gets a little tedious, it would be nice if I could add this step to the shower! I'm going to try it tonight, I think.

I have to force myself as well. This is an interesting idea. Let us know if you try it too!

I actually like to add a drop or two of baby oil to my body wash and lather up with a shower pouf thingie... makes my skin sooo soft and the oil sticks to your skin even after you rinse off. It doesn't make you greasy though.

I do that too! It does make a difference, especially if it's a more drying shower gel for the winter. I find the oil makes the lather richer too.

Ooh that's a good idea. Like others have said, I also have to make myself put on lotion after a shower, so it'd be nice if I could moisturize IN the shower.

My mom was using Johnson and Johnson Pink lotion as a face wash for years, coz she thought it was a non-foaming cleanser. The bottle was huge too and hence she thought it was a cleanser.

LOL. Ah the things we do when we're tired. ;)

Interesting idea, however!
