So after my traumatic hair experience, I meant to post photos but my BF had the digicam and then I forgot and so...here they are! It's much lighter than I'd like but I can go a little more natural next time I dye it. I miss the long (yet damaged) locks but I feel more natural as a blonde.

I think the new color looks just fine...it's not too light at all or too orange. You have a very similar coloring to one of my niece's and she used to always have her hair about the color yours is now and it looked great on her but then all of a sudden she decided to go back to her natural color and it just doesn't look as good to me on her. I got used to her as a blonde.

Wow! I honestly like you EITHER way - you can easily be blonde OR brunette :) But your hair does look healthier now & summer is coming ;) Glad everything turned out well!

I really like you both ways! Maybe you can switch and do darker in the winter and lighter in the summer? Your hair length is really pretty too! I cut all dead stuff off last March and while regrowing has been painful, it's so much better to have healthy hair.
