View Full Version : Eye bags
Hello ladies of icompact. I came here in search of some insight on how you cosmetical geniuses battle eye bags. I tried using the search function but it didnt really show me much. I have up'd my water intake, because i read that it can help reduce them. What i really want to know is what medicinal items can you suggest that i can use. Creams, or what have you. What have you used or heard of that is really effective in ridding of them? Thanks!:D

I have heard a lot of good things about Origins No Puffery- which is an eye mask. But even try using damp chilled tea bags to press on the eye area.

Lots of water really helps. Another tip I've read a lot is to use two pillows to sleep-that way fluid won't build up so much under your eyes.

I was looking at this site last night www.annabellina.com and she mentioned something about eye bags and circulation. I think as I can't find the info but its on the site somewhere.

Extra water is a good start! Also make sure you're getting lots of sleep. Cool compresses (like sliced cucumbers or damp cool chamomile tea bags) will also help. Or you could try a gel sleep mask that you can freeze or refrigerate.
And if all else fails, check in with your doctor to make sure everything is working as it should and confirm that it is not a medical related condition or allergies.

I've actually heard that eye bags are the result of fat under the skin in the area. Can anyone confirm that?
Also. Chanel has some good anti-puffiness and dark circles products and so does Shiseido.

I've tried Origins No Puffery....it is pretty good. To stop eye bags or lines around the eyes I really recommend an eye gel. I am using one right now by GIGI Cosmetics and it is there eye gel. It has done wonders!
