I'm becoming fascinated with drugstore cheapie lines like Prestige, Milani, Jordana, NYC, and Wet n'Wild. Before I start spending money (even cheapie lines add up in $$) I thought I'd query the board on their favorites from these lines.
So far, I love Wet n'Wild Ultimate Minersl Powder Foundation, Wet n'Wild's pencil sharpener, Jane Eye Zing eyeshadows and eye liner pencils, and I've loved Prestige eyeshadows for years.
Any other recs?

I also love the Jane Eye Zings but the color selection is very limited, I'd love it if they had a nice darkish taupe and I just bought the eye liner which is great because it doesn't burn my eyes, same with the shadow. I have returned all Prestige cosmetics I've purchased thus far. I hate their lipstick although everyone raves about it I found it a really hard texture, waxy. I use Jordana lip liners, I love them but the eye liner made my eyes burns. I just bought the Milani eye shadow in the old singles and I really like those too.

I like WnW lipliner in 666 and 712. NYC makes a great brow powder with wax.

I love Jane EyeZings! They recently added 4 new shades to their line :)

Also Jane Blush (in the little round pans) is good -- limited color selection but it goes on great and isn't choppy or too shiny.

I really like the revamped Milani blush in Luminous. The 3 part Wet N Wild palettes are nicely pigmented as are the Milani eyeshadow quads. Those are probably my favorites. I love waiting for the CVS/Walgreens buy one get one free specials and trying a bunch of new stuff from these lines!

I really like Jordana's Eye liners & Lip liners--they are smooth, creamy, & pigmented

--Milani has a nice selection of blushes, palettes, eye shadow quads, & eye shadows

--Rimmel makes nice Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencils (especially the one in Jungle Green--it's a beautiful, smooth peacock shade)

:D

Oh yes, the Rimmel Eye Kohls are amazing. I always have two or three around because sometimes I can't Rimmel near me and I throw a hissy if I don't have this exact eyeliner. haha. But nothing else works as good. It's soft and applies easily, wears for a long time, and dirt cheap.

I also like NYC Browzzer eyebrow wax/powder kit.

The Jane Shimmer Bronzers are awesome. I haven't tried any of their other products recently, but I used to really like their eyeshadows.

Milani eyeshadows and blushes, too, are great. Although, since they've repackaged into quads and stuff, I haven't found myself buying anything.

I love the NYC concealer sticks! They get surprisingly good reviews on MUA and they're so cheap (less than $2 or $3).

I love E.L.F. I wore two shadows from one of their quads this weekend and got lots of compliments! I find that they are decently long-lasting, especially since they only cost $1, and the colors are really pretty. I've also used and loved their click-pen glosses (I think they are called Hypershine Gloss).

Oh, wow ... I have lots from the drugstore that I call "things to keep" ;)!

A few of them are:

*Prestige l/l - Oak (my HG, I don't even bother looking at others)
*PF e/s quads - the old school ones, like Metallic Canyon, Metallic Nudes (square casing) ... fabulous pigmentation, can't go wrong shades
*WnW AOS powder
*Revlon ColorStay e/l
*L'oreal loose mineral foundation
*Neutrogena e/s duos (the new ones, exact names I can't recall)
*Maybelline Sky High Curves w/p mascara
*CG Lash Blast w/p mascara (but damn, this is so hard to get off)

There are a lot more, but that's what came to mind at the moment! :)

My favorite drugstore find is not exactly "cheapie" but in the mid price range. But I think the money is completly worth it. I'm talking about the BeFine skincare company that claims to be "food skin care".
I have two of their products:
-Daily Moisturizer with SPF15 with Rosemary, Pomegrante & Rice
-Night Cream with Cocoa, Millet & Rice Bran
Yummy right? Both products feel great on the skin and sink right in. I recommend giving their stuff a try.

Wet and Wild
1) All over shimmer blush
2) Naive blush (a cute pink)
=> Hated the eye liners and foundation
=> Heard women raving of the lipsticks when I was in the store

Jordana
1) Gold lip liner - I bought it in Myanmar?! It is so beautiful, to use as a eyeliner

Blistex lip balms
1) I use the one in a pot as a lip gloss. Nice taste and cute tub.

I second the recommendation for e.l.f stuff. You can only find a limited selection in drugstores, but I've liked most of what I've tried so far. I'd suggest checking out the website first and reading product reviews.
