I got a body wave recently and I normally blowdry my hair after washing since I go to sleep right after. I find that when I blow dry my hair my curls turn straight. Do any of you have this problem? What do you do? I don't have enough time in the morning to wash my hair so I like to do it at night.

Is air-drying your hair an option? I have naturally curly hair, and when I blow-dry it, it's more prone to frizz and the curls are not as defined. I usually wash my hair in the morning, but if I wash it at night, I re-wet it in the morning and use some mousse or gel for curl definition. I also like Aussie's Sprunch Spray. My routine is wet, scrunch and go. ;)

Have you tried using a diffuser that you can attach to your blowdryer? I have found that diffusers do work for me.
Let it airdry as much as possible and when you have to blowdry, use a diffuser. If you keep blow drying your hair immediately after washing you'll blow your perm out really quickly and make your hair frizzy. Take your shower earlier in the evening.

Agree with the diffuser. I wouldn't blowdry my waves without one. I usually just air dry them though.

I found this website that explains how to use a diffuser. Check it out: http://www.hdryers.com/use-hair-dryer-diffuser.htm
