Just wanted to share the great news. I have been taking hair vitamins for the last month and have found that my hair has grown a little faster than usual. The name of the vitams is Ultra Nourish-Hair. I bought them at GNC at the price of $16.99 for 120 caplets (which is a 2 month suppy).:D

May have to try these! I cut my hair off recently & miss it :p I've been taking the WalMart brand ones but I don't know how much they're doing for me!

Have you also notice a difference in the overall health of your hair? Do you see any difference nails as well?

Interesting! I took something like that before, but I wasn't consistent enough to really be able to tell the difference. I might give it a shot though as I'm looking to grow my hair out again.

When I'm serious about my vitamins, I get almost an inch of growth a month and it seems thicker (like it's shedding less or maybe growing more faster).

I went to the hair salon to get my hair trimmed today and the stylist noticed that my hair had grown out more than usual. I told her about the GNC vitamins that I am taking. She said that they are working for me. I cannot tell if the overall appearance of my hair has gotten any better because I wash, blowdry and curl my hair with a curling iron every day:eek: . I know, I know.....that is really bad. I do see that it has grown, though. ;)

I used to use those too but haven't for quite a while now. They worked great for me (especially when I added in some extra vitamins) but at the moment I'm not interested in growing my hair long.

I've been using the GNC Hair-Skin-Nails vitamins for a while now, and I think they've done a lot for me. My nails are definitely stronger, and they grow really fast. They may be helping my skin, I'm not sure, but my skin isn't a fright right now (knock on wood) so maybe? And my hair is certainly growing faster. I think I've mentioned in another thread about biotin is the only negative is that it's not just the hair on your head that grows faster---I'm shaving my legs twice as much as I used to, eww, lol.

LOL! I know I definitely wouldn't like that, but I guess it'd be worth it for a short time if it made my hair grow faster...
