My skin has been going crazy in the last 2 months and i may have ot mention that Im pregnant so maybe my hormones are going crazy. Well my skin is fianlly starting to clear up expect my chin. It looks so horrible and gross, it's red, irritated and everyday I wake up with new pimples. In the last couple of days, Ive been washing my face and at night, I apply aquaphor healing oitment and during the day I apply eucerin calming cream dialy moisturizer. I dont know if its helping but I'm just at he point where I do not want to leave the house. I cant use any medicated stuff as it'll just dry my skin out even more. Any suggestions would be great.
Thank you.

I'm in the same boat as you are! I hate how my skin looks good for a few weeks, usually at the most 2 weeks, then just looks bad for another week. However, for the last 2 months my skin has gone ballistic! Last month I was getting cysts, which I attributed to going off b.c pills an waiting 2 months before starting a new medication. Now that I've finished one month of b.c pills, the cysts are gone, thank god, but I'm still left with horribly clogged, dry, sensitive, broken out skin.
I also have to think the theory that it takes a pimple to rise to the skin a full 6-8 weeks, is crap! How often do we all have nice skin one day, or even crappy skin, only to wake up with more pimples or blackheads.
I don't have any advice for you except to do the normal things:
-wash pillow cases
-don't pick your face
-wash your hands before washing your face
-drink water to flush out your system
-vitamins
-wash with a gentle cleanser
-avoid foods you know will break you out. (For example, I know that if I eat a lot of chocolate or greasy foods, i'll break out within a few days)
I'm also seeing a new dermatologist soon, maybe you can make an appointment to see one.
I'm sorry I could not have been of more help. Good luck!!

Have you considered seeing a dermatologist? I spoke to my derm about my options when I do get pregant, and she said that while there are a very limited number of medications you can use (about two) they will help. I think she mentioned Erythromycin ointment as one of them.

Yeah I'd find someone else and get a second opinion.
The advice the girls here gave you already is fabulous so I figured I'd just hop in and say good luck! I hope things get better soon.
It's really common for Pregnant women to experience this kind of skin trouble - luckily it does ALWAYS happen, so if you ever have another little one you might luck out! It also doesn't usually last the duration of the pregnancy so this might just be a temporary thing.

I agree that you should see a different dermatologist for a second opinion.
