I keep forgetting to post this review.
This past winter my scalp went kind of nuts and became very itchy. I was afraid to try a shampoo made to relieve itchy scalp because, since I color my hair often, I was afraid it was going to make the color fade faster or ruin my hair color altogether. I figured I'd have to sacrifice my hair color to bring my scalp back to normal. :(
Head & Shoulders came out with their new line and I decided to give it a shot. It states it's safe for color treated hair and so I bought the Sensitive Scalp formula shampoo & conditioner.
I was SO impressed with this shampoo. Not only did it relieve the itchiness on my scalp and leave my hair super soft and manageable but also prevented my hair color from fading. No shampoo had ever done this. I tend to stay away from shampoos that prolong hair color because they usually dry out my hair but this one kept my hair hydrated and kept the color in my hair as well. After several uses, my haircolor looks like the first day I colored it.
I haven't had an itchy scalp for a while now but I find myself wanting to keep using this s/c.

Just wanted to share to those of you with color treated hair. :)

Thanks for the review Claudia!! I also get itchy scalp every so often, and tried different shampoos, but nothing worked. Of course the itch gets worse in the winter, cause I blow dry my hair more frequently, despite having an oily scalp and hair. I also got my hair colored 2 months ago also. I'll definitely have to try this!! :)

I used it all winter too!
Great product!

But believe it or not I found something even better for my hair + scalp in The Body Shop's Ginger Scalp Care.
:D

Thanks for sharing, Claudia. My scalp has a tendency to be itchy from a skin condition (seborrheic dermatitis), and H&S is what I used. I know I was surprised at just how nice this stuff keeps my hair!
