Business casual would be dress slacks or skirts.
No spaghetti strap or sleeveless tops.
Dressy shoes.
Basically think 'dressed down' business.
No suit jackets or ties needed for the fellas.
A few nice skirts and pants, sweaters or blouses... that's all you need.

Yeah, what Meagan said.
Think church clothes.

Yeah, what Meagan said. Basically nice blouses and sweaters, with nice pants/slacks/skirts, and dresses. As for going sleeveless, it depends on your company's dress code. A lot of places do let you wear sleeveless tops and dresses. Also, although not pictured, twinsets are pretty popular for work wear, as long as your cami/tank is not too low. Here are some example pics from Nordstrom's website. HTH.

It depends on your workplace and postion. My office is "business casual" and while there are some women who wear dresses, a lot of people wear khakis and a top every day. Definitely go with a sweater & skirt for your first day, but don't sink a lot of $$ into clothes until you see what everyone else is wearing.
