Yes, these are lovely! I bought three of them for 99 cents each about a year ago. Only one is shown in your photo. They're smooth, well pigmented, and blend like a dream. They also last as well as any other. I had forgotten about them - they got lost in my huge box of eyeshadows. Thanks for reminding me!

My friend has a few of these (bright blue and lime green). I couldn't believe they were 99 cents because they were department store quality.
