I'm not sure if this is the right forum to put this but...

I'm thinking of having electrolysis done on a few relentless hairs(funny how some just stop growing while others have been around for years!) that I'm sick of tweezing every other day. Has anyone had success and also, who does this? Is it done at a salon or do I need to go to a dermatologist?

I haven't actually had electrolysis done, but I am in cosmetician school and have run into many women that have used electrolysis. I have only heard positive feedback and many of the women had their whole bodies done. No problems with hair growing back, etc. I would go to a cosmetician that you trust to have it done. Make sure that she has a certificate showing that she is a professional and go to someone you trust.

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe you would go to a dermatologist for this. It takes a few times, but I've heard that you get wonderful results.

I got my armpits and bikini line done at a salon, It hurts and it's a long process (about 2-3 years for me, going once a month) but so worth it! I paid about 1000$, not expensive IMO. :)

I sooooo want to get my bikini line done. It probably wouldn't cost any more than what I'm paying for waxing anyway.
