I was making an exchange at BBW and decided to splurge on a lip stain. I got the "My Sunshine" color.

The shade itself is nice - like a light brown/red. It's a YLBB color for my rather pigmented lips.

It's not super long-lasting... a few hours max. However, it fades gracefully (unlike Cover Girl's longwear paint). It's also not too drying on my lips. The sponge tip also makes application relatively easy.

All in all, I give it 3/5 stars. I wasn't wowed, but I've been using it pretty often. The staying power isn't as good as the Sonia Kashuk lip stain, but there's better color options (SK only has one) and application is less messy. It's also much better than Sephora's lipstain-marker contraption.

Thanks for the review!! I've always been interested in trying VL, but their prices keep me from doing so. That color sounds like my kinda color. I never thought about buying makeup at B&BW. Do their coupons apply toward makeup too? Hmm.
