you know I used to think I couldn't wear color. And only wore neutrals. Color really did look awful and was a terrible contrast too. But you know what balances is out and makes it work? The thick black liner. It really does! now I can wear lots of colors, as long as I do the line thicker. maybe you should try it too, you might just be able to pull it off. hth!

I love bright colors like that! I also have to agree that lots of black eyeliner seems to make things more wearable.
