Dumb question, but the title says it all, LOL. ;)

I've seen it at the odd independently owned nail salon or beauty supply store but not anywhere consistently. I usually get mine from this site:

Its way cheaper and if you order 4 or more the cost of shipping is worth it! They have OPI and other brands at discounted prices too.

I have seen them at some ULTA in Houston, not sure if all ULTA carry this line. They do have amazing n/p tho!

Yes, Ulta sells it.
I'm actually wearing China Glaze in "II" right now, sheer nude with subtle pink shimmer.

Those are pretty colors. I'm still in search of a dark non-shimmery forest green.

www.8ty8beauty.com (http://www.8ty8beauty.com) and www.head2toebeauty.com (http://www.head2toebeauty.com) are where I always order from. Ulta carries a limited selection, and 'rumor has it' that Sally Beauty is going to start carrying it too.
Rachel, Rescue Beauty Lounge carries a color named Recycle, which is a dark green creme. The only downside is that line is super expensive ($18!)

But non-shimmery greens are really hard to find for some reason! You could make your own with Claire's "Envy" as a base and add black.

Sally Beauty Supply is now carrying China Glaze - $3.25 with your Sally card. Otherwise I order from Head2Toe or 8ty8beauty.com. Ulta has a limited selection too, but @ $6.50 I'd rather order online (or swap on MUA)

I came across this picture at MUA by colorsgalore:

I wonder if it's the same Rescue Beauty one that KatieLynn mentioned.

Oh cool. That color is perfect. Thanks KatieLynn. Yeah $18 is expensive for a nail polish. :(

I'm on a green kick lately too, so if I get to mixing and come up with anything I think is amazing, or find a reasonably priced alternative, I'll let you know. $18 is just way too much for 1 bottle of polish.
