see now i see the pencil button...but in the makeup forum my post doesnt have that, why? i want to remove some pics from a post

Is it an older post? I'm not sure what the exact time frame is, but after awhile you can't edit posts anymore.

Yeah I don't know if that's a glitch in the system or what but if a post is just a little bit old or if it's been replied to several times, there's no option to edit it anymore. I think that must be a glitch and it needs to be corrected. You should be able to edit for however long you want to IMHO. It's like that at every other forum, I can edit forever if I want to.
