I'm moving from Miami, FL to Colorado on June 7th.

I've been excited and sad... it's a bitter sweet move.

I'm moving for school, however, my fiance is coming with me, my mother is buying a house there, my brother is moving there and everyone wants to make it "home". I really hope I love it... but I'm a warm weather girl.

Please- give me some thing to be excited about- where to go? what to do? what not to do? etc etc etc. Any info helps!

(PS. I'm moving to Greeley bc the University of Northern Colorado is there. My mother and brother will probably move to the Boulder/Denver area. After school we will probbaly move there as well.)

I'm from Colorado. I go to CSU in Ft Collins which is like 20 minutes away from Greeley. The weather in Colorado is pretty wacky at times, you can literally have warm sunshine and snow in the same day, but it is generally pretty mild.

Things to do...

Obviously, if you have never done it, you have to try skiing/snowboarding. I have lived here for 10 years and just tried it. Not really my thing but I know others who love it.

And I would just say explore the mountains, downtown Denver, and Boulder (especially Pearl Street)
